Jill, we appreciate you coming to our sale, and we are sorry that you didnt get what you had come for. We do quite often move higher ticket items and items of high interest to the specials area so were able to watch them closer. Most items in these estates ends up being moved a couple times anyway. Its just the nature of how the process works. In response to sign-up lists. We never accept those lists if someone starts one, and we didnt address or use the list that morning. That was something that someone else had started, but it isnt approved or sanctioned by us. It seems that you were able to work something out with the other customer and were able to enter with #1. Im so sorry there was confusion. Again, thank you for coming to our sale, and for the feedback.

Arrive at the sale site as early as you are comfortable and line up to receive an entry number. - We will begin handing out entry numbers when we arrive on site (usually around 7:30am) on Thursday, Jan. 7. These numbers will be used to line customers up to enter the sale in the order in which they arrived."

I had enjoyed House of Memories sales. I would travel from Fort Wayne, Indiana sometimes weekly 2 times per weekend. Good deals, and we'll organized. Above all I like the integrity of Kyle and Josh and this companay. Kelly from Fort the Wayne.

Kyle (owner) and his team handled my father's estate sale with respect & professionalism during a very emotional time. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the process, and can't say enough about how honest and hard working they were. Communication was excellent, and any questions or comments I had were always addressed quickly. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I first discovered House of Memories Estate sales in summer of 2020 and the experience was so great, they easily had me coming back for more monthly sales! They are organized, consistent, communicative, and price reasonably. They care for both their client and the shopper. I'm thankful for the opportunity to sign up for their optional email list. The email has a link to picture that help me determine my interests for each sale.

I have been to many House of Memories sales over the years and appreciate how they run their business, so when my Mom passed away we knew we wanted to have House of Memories handle the sale. Communication was always prompt, detailed, and they left no stone unturned in order to ensure we had a successful sale. They have a huge following so the once the sales are published you can expect a crowd to turn up!
