I asked if they could fix a cowboy hat I had and they said to bring it in. I brought it in and they said they couldn't fix it. It was a fairly minor repair.

First impression, great customer service. There are some unknowns when it comes to the repair job. Carol mapped everything out detailing their process and issues that may arise. So, we left the special hat in their apparently capable hands knowing ahead of time what challenges may occur. No surprises, genuine compassion, and full honesty. Impression when we left the store, AMAZING customer service! It will be 4-6 weeks before we get the finished product so I'll have to update more then. Either way, they'll have our future business.
