Had them come out to the house 2 times, first guy came out said the drain line was bad, didn't even look at the unit. We cleaned it out, still had an issue, no cool air. 2nd guy came said the unit was "fine" no issues. Well, it still had issues, we were without AC for 3 days, and then when we tried to schedule them to come out again, couldn't get into a reasonable time slot. Said we would be within 4 to 6 days. In Florida weather with temps 90+ degrees, this is unacceptable. Never doing business with this company again. What a waste of time and money.

So this company needs to remove the fact that they are 24 hours, and that they participate in emergency AC Repair from their advertising. Because from what I experienced? It was 3 hours of calling and trying to get ahold of someone. 3 HOURS. When we finally got someone, she sounded like she just rolled out of bed. We were put on a "Possible" stop for Monday night but made an appointment for Wednesday. Now with a Tropical Storm/Hurricane coming this direction, they have cancelled and are not allowing trucks on the road. I know weather is not in their control, but if they're going to advertise 24 hour service and Emergency repair, they ought to follow through. WE will never be using your services again, please don't call asking when you can reschedule our appointment because chances are, we've looked elsewhere for a more reliable company, that caters to the needs of their clients, and follows through on their advertising. What a joke. Update your site with some more realistic advertising. Beware of this company, you'll only be disappointed.

I had a capacitor That wasnt working as it should and the part was replaced but I wasnt shown on any tester Or how he concluded what was wrong. I also never saw the new or the old part after installation. Did it really happen? Now I have concerns. The a/c was working just fine without any issues. Seemed to want to sell me LOTS of things..
