Please note that when a lease expires, our accounting department has 30 days to mail any refund owed to you; our office did mail your refund check, but you did not receive the original payment in the mail. Once this was brought to our attention, we did immediately re-send your security deposit refund to the forwarding address you provided. In addition, we also then credited you back for your unused laundry funds in the amount of $5.00 that you still had on your laundry card, which we were not originally notified about prior to your moveout. You have been refunded and credited back for all monies owed to you and we did this as promptly as possible. Terrible Experience!!! Take forever to get their refund, either deposit or laundry card. Every staff passes the buck, so you have no one ask for help.............. 01/20/2022 Updates: I do receive the $5 refund after posting this 1-star review on Google, but I have to say it's took more than a month to get this $5 refund, which wasted a lot my time and energy! Also Alyssa did not reply to my follow up emails asking about the refund issue. Interesting

Was staying at 1102 Boylston, the property was well situated with central heating/cooling which was the biggest plus. Trent was a huge help as he came to check on the property routinely and was extremely helpful and friendly, making sure all maintenance issues were resolved quickly.

I wanted to leave a positive review because I feel completely opposite of the reviews below. I moved in Feb 1st, immediately Lucresha who seems to be the property manager was very attentive and patient even when I've been pushy on a few things in the building. I called her with a worry about something specifically in the building today and she was kind, attentive, understanding and she began to think of ways she can fix the issue. I love the building, it's so beautiful and the people here have been very nice coming in and out. Thank you to Lucresha for being attentive, kind and your excellent customer service.
UPDATED RESPONSE: Hello Joseph, Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this package theft issue to our attention. At this point in time, I want to assure you that we are looking through security footage and will be submitting any and all video evidence to the Cambridge Police Department. Please also know that as we begin this extensive renovation project of the building, we will be adding a locked package room only accessible by tenants. We also have plans to install an entirely new video surveillance system to replace the current one. Though sometimes out of our control, we understand the frustration of having a package stolen and we are trying our best to put systems in place that will mitigate this problem. Called every week for 2 months to have a light fixed. Just called for a blind becauae the ones initially were cheap and broke off. Again. Voicemail. Will change review if fixed timely. Other than that the place is decently quite and clean. Edit. Was fixed today within a 2 hour window. Edit. Now packages are being stolen (found what i ordered with a clear razorback cut and the item missing. Had another package vanish 2 weeks ago
