I called twice before making the 30 minute drive to their location. I spoke with someone during the first call and was told I would have to go in and fill out registration forms and have my daughter do an assessment to see where she would be placed. On my second call (the same day)I left a message with my phone number explaining if there was no appointment needed I would be headed there after 3. I didn't get a call back and up on arrival found no appointment was needed. I filled out the forms for my daughter and my son for the tutoring they offer. My daughter went with a staff member for her assessment. When the staff member was finished completing the assessment we were informed that the "class she would need is full and she would have to go on the waiting list and actually all the classes they offer are full" I was also informed classes fill up very quickly at the end of the school year! Now why did I make the 60 minute round trip drive and waste an hour at the facility??? This is ridiculous, unacceptable, and down right WRONG!!! I would not be upset if they had told me during my call or even called me back to tell me there was a waiting list. I would have had a choice to go or not. Instead they were misleading and caused unnecessary agitation. My suggestion to anyone reading this is check for a waiting list before you think your getting help for your child just to get the door slammed in your face.
Owners and administrative staff that run this school are inflexible and rude. I feel terrible for the students and families of the students that dont understand that their behavior is not acceptable and non deserving
