Unacceptable! This company failed me at least 5 times. But every time they failed to keep up on their promise I told myself Ill give them another chance to improve. I was wrong. Never not even once I have received a credit or promotion code toward my next services with them (as an apology) even when I was promised to get one on behalf of this company. Drivers almost never read your descriptions. Images are not playing any role. There were times when a driver showed up and we couldnt fit an object because of literally 1-2 inches! 4 weeks ago I got 3 drivers but none of them could be any help because after accepting my offer they realized they cant do this delivery. The last straw was today when this companys driver couldnt make it to my location due to a longer drop off as it was expected. Dont get me wrong. Things like this happen and Im being very patient but If you are professional and driving far away from the city to another place they should realize that there could be some delays, traffic or other issues and count on some extra time to make sure you can deliver on another promise. That wasnt the case. Company offered to find someone else but honestly at this point this was the last straw for me. Also I have other commitments on Monday afternoon and in the eyes of other companies and people I work for and being responsible for a delivery Im no longer reliable due to GoShare and their disorganized company and unreliable drivers who overcommit themselves resolving in the issue just like mine. And on top of everything I was charged over $300 for no reason damaging my credit score as I was charged over my limit (it was the same driver who dropped off my item 4 weeks ago and I ended up paying $55 + tip. I didnt expect to be charged almost $350 for a delivery that was canceled by GoShare). I work very hard to build my credit score!! Releasing the hold off my credit card statement may take 3 days (they said to me) but it will still be there. And after reading more reviews I wasn't aware of but I should of been I won't let your company to keep my money hostage as I discovered later today reading more negative reviews. You say you strive on the best experience for your costumers and always looking to improve. Well, you have a long way to go and to make sure you can keep your costumers because today you didn't lost one, but you lost another one.

We are sorry for any confusion about our service. Our app is self-serve in booking, so you book what help you need. That means for large items, you need two book two people or provide assistance yourself. We give this option so that users can choose to save money by providing their own second set of muscles. We don't automatically send two people.

Same as Ravi. Ordered dining room set from Costco. Even though I told GoShare I could not assist (bad back) only 1 guy showed up. He complained for 4 hours to me how difficult the job was, how he was losing money, etc. he was very unpleasant, but got the job done. He then wanted to leave all of the packing on my front lawn (loads of it) and said it wasn't his job to remove it. GoShare said that yes that normally they are not responsible and that they should have communicated that, and its true it does not specify that on their site. They suggested I could pay the driver extra to take it. What a scam. The worker finally agreed to take the rubbish with him but I was then obligated to give him a good review, and a tip (even though I didnt think he was very good). This terrible experience cost me $171 and my home is a mile from Costco. Very expensive, and poor customer service. I would never use them for setup and will advise my local Costco of the matter.

I used go share many times and the driver show up on time every time but my destination always very close by because I know they are expensive, they are good with only drop off any size mattress to my customer in very last min order.

We have used GoShare several times to move furniture. Most recently we rented a couch from Quixote for a photo shoot and GoShare was able to pick it up and drop it off for about $60.

They consider sprinter cargo vans as couriers therefore will be paid only on average $33 to haul around a full size vans worth of cargo. It takes on average 40-60 minutes to reach the pickup location, 15-20 minutes to load and another 40-60 minutes to the drop off location. You will make BELOW minimum wage after fuel costs. Not to mention vehicle depreciation. You can also be a help which are insanely underpaid. Expect to make $40 for two hours worth of driving, help loading and unloading. The jobs includes lifting 75 lbs plus of loads up narrow hallways and stairs at no extra cost. It's makes more sense to work for a fast food chain than GoShare. At least you will be making more and not breaking your back for third world slave wages.
