Was going to go through this company to have a a home built. Even traveled from NV to get the process started in Indiana for the home to be built. The day of the appointment to go in and speak with them my rental vechile was having some major issues and It was unsafe to drive. I recieved a rude phone call and then was hung up on when by this individual. Customer service was all good till then. Emergency situations happen and you would think they will be understanding but nope.
Ms. C, although we've done business with 100's of various lenders over several decades--and we continue to do so; we've found that having "preferred lenders" established is much better service to our valued customers. To this day, we still use our customers "own" lenders in addition to having a listing of "preferred" lenders but have found that the "preferred" lender listing is more convenient for our customers as well as everyone involved. You can't use your own mortgage company for the construction loan.
As it goes, there are typically 2-sides to every story, this is certainty one of them. Due to the extreme difficulties of the building site presented as well as rapid deterioration of the relationship we have opted to not build for Ms. Tucker. We pride ourselves in Customer Service but feel this is best for both parties and truly wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors.

I have been waiting almost 6 months for them to dig a basement and still no progress. They ran into a problem when digging in February and we resolved the issue before March but that didnt complete the job. When we call we do not get a return call. When the finally decide to email you back with a response they dont take ownership of their shortcomings. They blame you. So dont have them build. Look at the complaints first.
