This is the worst business I have ever done in my life. The check engine light was on and they said the car just need a couple sensors I came back they said they fixed it and by time I got home the check engine light was on again. My engine was shaking everytime i put gas in it. I had to get a exhaust manifold catalyst converter, a purge valve sensor, a resivour, and new tires. It cost me over $2,000 to get this car straight and I paid $4,200 for it. Take your money somewhere else.

Dear Selena, Sorry to see your review here after we did actually offer to fix your car for free (after it had been sold for almost 3 months) But you took the car 4 hours away and we unfortunately do not own a tow truck to come pick it up. We asked you to tow it to our shop and we would of taken care of it but you didnt. It was a pleasure doing business with you and we wish you good luck.

While actually being there buying the car I received great customer service and they seemed like great people. They ensure I was happy and threw in things like 3 month warranty for engine and transmission but those were just to sell the car I guess. A month later my car is overheating and magically now no one can fix it. I thought Id come back and clarify the lied they replied with. My car to this day is still not 3 months old. I am not nor was I ever 4 hours away. I was always willing to bring my car to the shop for repair but those services were not offered. Let's speak truth.

Hello Shontwanette, as I told you on the phone just 5 minutes ago after you stated that the car shut off out of no where after driving it for two months, it might be just a BATTERY!!! Have someone check it out for you first before you come here and leave reviews. It might be just a FUSE it might be a dead battery

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this place I bought a Volvo S80 on 5/27/2021 and this morning my car just cut off while I was driving on military hwy. No problems where reported with the vehicle. Two mths after purchase don't trust them, bring your own mechanic if you just have no other dealership to choose from Response to dealer: like I told you it's not the battery because it is New! The car is not over heating, there are no leaks you sold me a bad vehicle! Now I have to pay 1400 to get the alternator replaced after paying you 3400 for a vehicle from your car lot....my initial experience was great but no way should a vehicle just cut off 2 mths after purchase if nothing was wrong. My review stands as it is and I'm not bringing the vehicle back to your janky shop for any repairs. You knew there was a problem before you sold me the vehicle. It's cool though, screwing over people will come back to you in the worst way! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
