For me this place was just ok. Once you leave the lobby, the hotel has the same feel as a Quality Inn or another type of 2 star hotel. The bed was really soft and lumpy. I woke up with my back killing me. Also by 10am there was no hot water, at least in my shower. The sink had plenty oddly enough. Parking is $20 if you're willing notto have access to your car from 11pm -7am. And if you would like access uts $25 and you have to ask the staff to let you in. With that in mind, the staff were all very nice and helpful.

Sadly, as with other major downtown cities, Portland does have people experiencing homelessness. We have safety and security measures in place for guests, such as guestroom key only access for elevators and entrances locked through the night, while we work with the city to help our fellow Portlanders.

I see homeless in lobby, muy bonita chica at desk say he regular? There is regular? Why no report if always regular? No safe if homeless come always. Bed is soft pero maybe I go hotel not downtown next time I visit.
