I tried to reach out to James Long on three different occasions via Facebook messenger to try to ascertain why we received a negative review. Our records do not show working with this individual. Very helpful Manager and also young man answered all our questions and looked for info on what we wanted to purchase. EXCELLENT customer service which is hard to find these days. I will continue to shop at the Ontario store and spread the word on how well we were treated. Excellent

Great staff and quality products and good advice are standard business here. I have trusted them for 10 years to always deliver perfect items for events I manage and have never been disappointed. When I change shirt colors, I have been amazed at how well they adapt the multi-color logos to contrast with the shirt and give a flashy, clean look that people like to wear.
