I am a new backyard bee keeper, bought the hive and tools from Pierco and I am very happy with the quality of the materials and costumer support I got. I placed an order online and a few hours later it was ready to be picked up. They are very responsive, addressed all my questions and gave me very good instructions. I have called them to ask about hive management and they answered my questions very professionally. I want to thank Pierco for making possible for me to keep bees.

I became acquainted with Pierco last bee season. At a time when other companies were taking weeks to get orders out, Pierco had my order on my doorstep in a few days. I ordered more stuff this year...because if you have bees, clearly, you will need more stuff. Same fast delivery. However, what sets Pierco apart for me is stellar customer service. I emailed with a question at one point and received an answer the same day. Later, an item in my order was damaged in transit. Again, I emailed to explain what happened. Aaron, the customer service person, took the time to personally call me. This was crazy amazing to me because who does that in this day of out-sourced or computerized everything? My replacement item arrived promptly. Honestly, this was the most hassle-free customer service experience I've ever had.
