I have purchased 2 Letterman Jackets and had bad experiences both times. both took more than 8 weeks to get and the staff and owners are rude and uncaring. Will never go back again!

This place is the worst place to have anything made. Continued excuses and screw ups from not only the workers but the owner as well. We didnt even get notified when the shirt we ordered that they screwed up and they tried to do a replacement at the last minute and notify us at the last minute as well. I will never use this place again and I will let everyone know my story before they make a decision as well. I hope nobody else goes through this trouble. Thanks
