Wanted to love this place, but didnt. Seems like they can make you custom hats but would go somewhere else because the vibes were off. Believe the owners has just had a new baby and were distracted.

There is not another hat maker on earth like Alberto Hernandez. Kind hearted, wildly talented, and a generous soul. If you're ever looking for a hat you have to go to Meshika. You'd be doing yourself a disservice to go anywhere else.

His passion is infectious and you can see all the love that goes into every hat, made by hand, which is incredible to watch too. Absolutely the most creative and authentic hat maker in the world! Alberto continuously pushes the boundaries and makes some of the most stylish and unique hats I've seen around. I constantly have people stopping me in the street to ask who made it. Each hat has it's own style and Berto brings 3 generations of hat making experience that he puts into each one. His humble attitude and contagious personality is an added bonus!

Love this place! I have had several custom hats made with Alberto. Each time was an enjoyable, easy, creative process making something new for fun or for an event.
