Thank you for letting us know. So yes, the wheel lug nuts were severely corroded and required boring out and additional labor time. We have since then contacted this customer and worked out an amicable solution. We are sorry for the miscommunication and wish you well.

I went for a tire replacement and the tire tech stripped the wheel lock by using an air wrench Kyle never mention anything about labor costs And since their tire tech damaged it and Kyle never mention anything about labor through the entire 3 hours I was there . I figure you brake you fix but that wasnt the case after (1) stud was replace and it was time to pay Kyle changed paperwork and charged me an extra $400 for the stud they broke and now Im waiting to see if this situation can get resolved. I cannot recommend this place at moment as Im still waiting over couple weeks for a conclusion will update If matter can be fix. theres a difference between having money and having to pay for the mistake they make cause they think you can afford it its it is not okay to be treating their costumer that way just to get commission.
