They are terrible I havent had a time when the doctor was in the room for longer than 5 minutes. They doctors do you not care about you they want your money and thats it. Seriously if you value to it health go somewhere else.

Extremely rude staff. Wish I knew the name of the two that refused to open the doors for us when our foster kids had been admitted. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

A front desk lady in her 50's black hair was rude. i don't think she loves her job, she don't want to be bother by the patient's that come to check in. She needs to be kindly remove from the front desk she does not make the clinic look good. NOW Dr. Catherine, I had mix emotions with her.. she basically said for me to force my kids to eat whatever I make, and if they don't eat let them starve. I don't know what kind of mother she is or was, but I am one happy grateful mother, and i don't mind making my 2 kiddos 2 different meals atlongest they eat My Heart is Fulfilled. Dr. Catherine also said a comment that is not necessary she said "Mexican's, hispanics" ... Just a raicist comment. there was no need to add that to our conversation. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE. We just moved to Benton City and wanted to be closer, but NO WAY!! I will NOT be returning where i felt unwanted. I don't mind the drive to Tri- Cities.
