Hello, Mr Mantovani, the fee charged is about the full paper work process not for insurance. It's explained when starting the process and our customers agree and sign up for that. We also have a sign at the store noticing that. thank you.

This store asks for money to insure the car, says that if the deal is not completed they will refund the money, and if you withdraw from the deal, they claim they do not refund the money. I do not recommend this car shop to anyone.

Bought car with my dad never worked they had me bring it back brought to their mechanic said I played with fuses..... car worked fined for another week finally took car to my own mechanic needed $7k in work, oil leaking into turbo that they took out to make the car not smoke anymore and lied to me never told me car was also a total loss I found out when I tried to trade in. Never told that either waiting to hear back from attorney general office this is a unbelievable business and wants nothing to do with giving back your money because u bought their lemon! All they do is buy time if your car has a problem!
