We are sorry that we were not a fit for your project. You have already had a negative experience previously with another pool builder and since we did not have the teams to deliver what you are specifically looking for (adding steps inside of a pool to your spa specifically), I wanted to be transparent. I am sorry it took longer than expected to get back with you and that is something we are working on, but us saying that we can't do your project, at quality at the scale you are looking for is what you would want in someone rather than having another negative experience. I hope you are able to find a team that will be able to complete your specific project.

Waited three months for an on-site visit. Thereafter, I was promised a quote in 5 days but didn't receive one. I sent multiple emails and text messages to Chris and Katy seeking an update, with no replies. Chris answered one phone call and I was promised a quote EOD but I received none. Two days later I got an email that said: "Good afternoon and apologies for the delay. I have talked with multiple teams that we have and after discussion with them, I do not believe that we will be a good fit for your project. Unfortunately the availability of the teams that could deliver this work, at quality, at this scale, is not available to us right now. I apologize for taking some time to get back with you, but I wanted to make sure before I got back with you." Nearly three weeks to ultimately say that two pool steps and a privacy fence were too much work? C'mon now. I had even put together a 13-slide presentation with all the dimensions, priorities, photos, renders, and examples for the project. The effort here was clearly one-sided. Don't waste your time like I did. That's nearly four months of productivity and opportunity I will not get back.

Serenity built a pool for us last summer. The pool works wonderfully. The problem is their follow through, communication, and poor cosmetic execution. I have been waiting months for warranty fixes. Waiting is not the issue - the issue is saying it will be done this week, then no fix and complete radio silence for weeks. This is a new, young company that prides itself on doing what is right for clients, but they have fallen quite short of their mission statement and value proposition.

It took us longer to get started due to material shortages, but we are very happy with how it came out. The turtles on the bottom really make the pool amazing. Thank you for giving us the opportunity.

Chris and the team at Serenity did a top notch job on our pool. We had a different contractor start our pool and he bailed on us. Chris took over the project and was very responsive. He also provided communication through the whole process so at no point was I sitting at home waiting for somebody to show up. His prices are about on par with other pool companies in the area, but his customer service was above others we contacted. I would recommend Serinity pools to others.
