Hi George, I am sorry we were unable to help you with your email. Like we mentioned on the phone, calling Office 365's tech support is the best bet to help you out since they are the only ones who have full features access to their product. Office 365 called our office and we gave them the information they needed to fix your email. If it's still not working, please call us again and we will have you speak with a different tech support specialist.

WAS ONCE A GREAT COMPANY. LOVED THESE GUYS ! HAD THEM THE PAST 20+YEARS BUT LATELY HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON WITH TECH SUPPORT. LEFT ME STRANDED AFTER DESTROYING MY EMAIL AND LEFT IN THE WIND TO FIND TECH HELP SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SOLVE PROBLEM THEY MADE BIGGER AND COULDNT FIGURE OUT WITH THEIR ADMITTED MOST SENIOR TECH TELLING ME THEY WERE JUST TRYING TO 'HELP OUT"... IF YOU CAN'T DO IT SAY SO DON'T MAKE IT WORSE. WAS GOING TO DO A NEW WEBSITE BUT CONFIDENCE NOT GOOD AT ALL. "NEW THINGS" LIKE OFFICE 365 HAVE THEM STUMPED.
