Nice to buy from a company that stands behind it's product! I had purchased x_stream fins locally that seperated where the rubber was welded to the silicone. Unfortunately the local shop could not find the receipt, so I reached out to MARES directly. I emailed photos of the problem and they did not hesitate in asking that I ship the fins for inspection. Within 2 weeks, I received replacement fins at my doorstep. The customer service was better than excellent. As far as the fins, the performance was great, but the weld was an issue. I will look to MARES first for future equipment purchases. I am now a loyal customer to theit brand for life!
