AVOID MARSHA! Unprofessional and lack of communication plagues this office. Always seem to find a way to mess up the simplest of tasks. Don't contact if you don't have to. Marsha is a despicable and trifling human being. She has no soul or heart and should be smacked off her pedestal. Avoid at all costs. We bought our first apartment in a Sandberg building and eventually decided to renovate. The management team was very understanding of our needs and vision for our 1st home. Throughout the difficult renovation process, Sandberg continued to provide assistance at each and every turn. Most importantly, we always got an answer or response to all inquiries via e-mail and phone. Good Job , Good People.Thank you.

Sandberg is one of the best management firms I've worked with. Their professionalism is first rate and I was impressed with their commitment to communication and reliability. Their thoroughness was impressive. I have recommended them numerous times and have gotten positive feedback from others. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. We live in a building managed by Sandberg. Their service is astoundingly unprofessional. In addition to multiple failures in day-to-day management, they cost us a buyer on our condo because they took weeks to respond to basic due diligence questions, and when they did reply they submitted incomplete information. The buyer walked because they did not trust a building managed by Sandberg and we do not blame the buyer; doing such work is a core responsibility of a management company. If you are considering a management company for your building, please heed my advice and look at another provider.
