I want to preface this review by mentioning that after presenting a complaint to the manager, I was offered a full refund. The management are lovely but that doesnt take away the fact that this was the worst pedicure i've ever received. In all honesty, I am quite convinced Dominika is not even trained to do a pedicure because she didn't even follow basic procedures I as an amateur would do if i did an at home pedicure. Firstly, my feet were not soaked prior to cutting my cuticles so unsuprisingly THREE of my cuticles were cut into and bleeding. One of my toes were so bruised they hurt for 3 days afterwards. I have received many many pedicures in my time and never have my feet not been soaked. She then proceeded to cut down my toenails to the literal nub??? In what world do you cut down toenails ridiculously short when getting a pedicure. I was expecting my toenails to be shaped nicely as I was going on holiday and wanted pretty nails to wear with sandals. This then meant her nail polish application was messy because there was barely any nail to apply nail polish on so it looked ridiculous once she was done. Lastly, the pedicure lasted barely 30 minutes when it was advertised as a 1 hour pedicure on treatwell. Yes I received a full refund but that was not worth having toenails like this for my holiday. Avoid pedicures here like the plague.
Good Afternoon Rukhsana, I am sorry no one has contacted you regarding your complaint, I have spoke to the salon manager Sydney, who applied your toner and she has advised that there was nothing wrong with your colour but you was unhappy with the extra cost for the root tint and curly blowdry . Unfortunately any extra services that aren't a part of the Groupon deal are chargeable at the salon price. All staff at Dare are fully qualified L3 NVQ stylists with years of salon experience. I had a groupon for highlights cut and blow dry. They ruined my hair and I had to pay another salon to try and salvage. Very bad experience. I was told the manager sharon would ring me but 3 weeks later I have still not had an apology or any kind of explanation

Friendly atmosphere. I arrived half hour early and was welcomed in with a cup of coffee. My stylist Joseph done a great color and cut. Highly recommend.
Hi Heather, The stylist that did your hair is a qualified Level 3 hairdresser. She is new to the salon and only started 3 weeks ago. I am sorry you are unhappy with the result of your hair. I would like to offer you to come back to the salon and myself of my manager can rectify what you are unhappy with regarding the cut. Worst haircut I have ever had. I have honestly cried multiple times ever since. I went in with beautiful long hair and asked for a trim with long layers. Instead they cut 4 inches off my hair without asking me and cut random short blunt layers into my hair meaning that Im going to have to get a Bob to fix it. Thanks dare salon for ruining my life.
