My review is not in regards to the services performed as I have had only amazing results. My issue is with the customer service and the strict cancellation policy that has zero wiggle room or concern for anything outside the stylist time. The evening prior to my appointment I had a fever and was very ill Even went to urgent care and was put in antibiotics. I messaged the stylist directly and cancelled that evening and apologized. I never heard back and was charged the full amount. No message asking if I was ok, no follow-up to reschedule, nothing. They got paid so why bother? I work in a similar field and I understand a cancellation means money out of the stylist pocket, but some level of caring about your clients and seeing if they can reschedule for that week (so business still gets paid) doesnt seem too outrageous of an idea. You made $250 off my cancellation but lost me as a client for lack of customer service.
I was excited to try a new stylist and one of the stylists here came highly recommended to me. So I called to make an appointment back at the end of August 2021, the earliest appointment they could get me for a first time visit was end of October, I was apprehensive but figured they were worth the wait. During my call I was told about their cancellation policy, which is understandable - but they talked more about that than anything else about my appointment. I also got 2 emails about their cancellation policy and had to click to agree. After a few weeks, I called to see if there were any earlier appointments and there was one! I was very thankful bc it's been so long since I had a cut! The day of my appt came and I had made arrangements to leave work early so I could get there, and then just 2.5 hours before my appt they called and cancelled on me stating the stylist wasn't in that day (however, their IG was posting other availabilities for that same day). When I rescheduled it was going to be even further out than my original appointment. I took the appointment and was told I would be called if any other appointments became available. Again, the stylist my appointment was with posted on their IG about cancellations for the type of appointment I had, and I was never called. I ended up cancelling my appointment all together. The 3 stars is simply based on the overall customer service received, and the fact that they hound their cancellation policy in so hard, but then cancelled on me the day of with just a couple of hours notice. I completely agree with their cancellation policy - so the policy isn't the issue. It's the back and forth and being told I would be called when appointments were available. Also, had I cancelled with that short of notice I would have been charged the full amount of the appointment. Honestly, had I not seen the stylist post "last minute availabilities" for the type of appt I had on their IG, I would've probably kept my appointment. Instead, I found a new stylist/salon all together.
I followed Erin to Craft Collective and I couldnt be happier. I literally drive across town to this place:) Erin does my color and is the absolute best at extensions. She works with my crazy schedule and always finds a way to fit me in. Shes amazing with blondes and the prices are great for a studio with this much talent. Dont hesitate to make an appointment with her!
This client came in to see one of our new talent stylists. After her first appointment she came in multiple times for adjustments (free of charge) wanting something very different than what she communicated during her initial consultation. She was aware her end goal would take multiple sessions to achieve. The service with our new talent stylist was $200 and she chose to take $190 of product home.

I went in and got my hair done they did not do what I asked for so I went in again and again they did not do what I asked for leaving my hair not looking good at all. I reached out to Mick the owner of the salon and he read my message and did not answer me. I paid 400$ for something that does not look good or what I asked for and Im extremely upset especially after reaching out and not even getting a response back.
