The woman that answers the phone was so rude, Im just looking for a doctor and she kept asking whats your insurance whats your insurance I told her the wrong name insurance And automatically shes like we dont take that so I gave her the right name of my insurance and shes rude about it says what do you need . I say a check up Im not feeling ok asked whats the nearest date to come in she hurried said 1.6.2020 I said do you have anything sooner she quickly hung up on me that was so rude Im just seeking help and you do this ... hunny if you dont like your job you shouldnt b working there ....

USE THESE DOCTORS AT YOUR OWN RISK. My elderly parents have been using this office for primary care. The first serious mistake occurred when my mother (Alzheimer's, Osteoporosis) was written a prescription for a strong antibiotic for a urinary tract infection at over twice the maximum safe dosage. Fortunately, the pharmacist alerted us to the problem but this was an extremely close call and also caused a significant delay in getting treatment started. The second mistake again was caused by my mother's recurring issue with urinary tract infections. The doctor failed to culture her urine for an accurate diagnoses and prescribe an appropriate antibiotic. Instead, a low dose once a day was prescribed. She failed to get any better, necessitating yet another office visit and more prescriptions. Now today, 12-28-21, this office flatly refused to provide care for my father (80, heart disease) because COVID is suspected to be the cause of his illness. We were rather rudely informed that he would have to arrange for a COVID test somewhere else, even though this clinic is capable of testing. So we now have to find somewhere for him to be tested, then wait 24-48 hours for test results before they will even look at him. Meanwhile he continues to be ill with *something* that he's been fighting for almost two weeks now. It's almost staggering that any reputable doctor's office would turn away an elderly heart patient that's only three weeks removed from a cardiac procedure. Bottom line, do not expect a quality level of care from this office or care in a timely manner. Unfortunately you would be better off taking the slightly more expensive option and walking in to an urgent care clinic (which we are doing now for my father).

Love this office. I have finally found a physicians office that cares about its patients. I never feel rushed and they always have time to answer all my questions and concerns.The nurse practitioner is amazing so personable and knowledgeable. She does not make me feel like a number just being pushed thru. The rest of the staff is so friendly and welcoming. If you choose this office you will not be disappointed. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make sure you great the best possible care.

Came all the way here not to be seen. They tried to charge me a $140 for a routine primary care appointment. This should have been advised before my appointment maybe when the appointment is made idk but I wouldnt recommend.
