Great installation. However, I was charged $180 more than the 2 initial estimates, charged $535 for a part costing $200 if bought myself, and waited 2 hours for installer to get the part that should have been brought for the service call.

Was very happy with Steve's Waterworks. A plumber was sent out the same day. Did very well fixing our problems. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I wanted to replace my hot water heater, softener, and new shut offs for my washing machine. It was only a few days until I set an appointment for an estimate until it was done. Great price and responsive service! Rare to see that from a company. No mess left behind and everything works great.

I called Steve's Waterworks when there was water in my basement. When they came out they stated that my water heater needed to be replaced, they are the professionals so I trusted what they were saying and the water heater was replaced and paid for. One week later after is rained I had water in the exact same spot in my basement. I called and Steve came out and said that the water was coming from outside and that he would take care of the work at no extra charge because I had already replaced a water heater that was not clearly the issue. He was scheduled to come out that Wednesday and after taking the day off of work he did not show or call. After repeated calls I was told Steve would call me when he got back into town the following week, he didn't. I finally had another appt scheduled for that Thursday at 3pm. At 2:50 I received a call from a "worker" who stated that they were not going to come out and make the repairs unless I paid additional monies. I will be taking legal action as I am a single mom who relied on what I thought was a professional to fix the water issue I had. It was disappointing enough to have water in the basement after paying what is to me a lot of money, but to then be promised that he would fix the issue at no extra cost and get a call ten minutes before the appt that they would not be standing behind their work or word is very upsetting. I would not recommend anyone use this company. This company only got a one because zero was not an option.
