Ok I have with company for 17 months it was ok not great not even good barley ok : hometime is mostly positive but some not many weekends are required. But the last 6 months they have been trying to save money and it shows . This company is on a horrible downward spiral ! Like cutting the hours of the shop and worse the budget I cant even get a broken shock fixed . The dispatch has been borderline abusive even forcing drivers not just me into using the 16 hour plus personal convince to do loads . And the inexperience with new dispatch thinks you could do 70 plus all the time and have no clue what takes our time away from our clocks . 70 is drive time to them . The hatefulness of the office is worse and breakdown well you better not !!! Justin is the best part of this company plain and simply and if they fire him they might lose drivers !!!

Trucks stays in the shop I've been through four trucks and each and every one had problems with them and not only that that once the trucks are in the shop, the person(s) that works on the trucks "they don't put the original parts back or leaving a job half done.."Damn" It's as if they don't have a clue you got to go get safety department involved and then you'll considered a snitch..Fixed the damn truck the first "TIME"...and I wouldn't have to drop a dime on you'll
