Avoid at all costs. These people didn't clean our house and then passed the bill on to a debt collection agency when we refused to pay . I had to settle with them to get them off our backs. Bunch of crooks.

We employed Merry Maids to carry out a deep clean at my mom's house as it had declined over a period of time. We did this because they are professional cleaners or so we thought. Without going into too much detail. We were charged a handsome fee for 5 hours work that did not meet a good standard. I questioned this and the company offered to come back and put right what was missed. You should not have to revisit a property if it was done correctly in the first place. We were reimbursed for a second clean and said that we did not wish them to return. I am sure that there are many happy customers who use Merry Maids but sadly we are not one of the many. If you use this cleaning service I urge you to check their work carefully before handing over any funds. My experience was unsatisfactory and I am very sad about this as Tom is very personable. I was hoping that I could trust the company to do a good job for my mom but they didn't. They will NOT be returning.

This is not a place but a cleaning service based in the Black Country. They have been cleaning my Mother's house once a month for the last year. The service has been excellent
