My family have travelled through this company to do there umrah. The sales manager is rude and arrogant, there was issues with there booking, they messed up with the luggage booking, everything is the airline or our problem nothing is theres. i would strongly suggest not using them. Im still waiting for a call back since Tuesday 22/2/22 which was promised.

Be Warned!! Shady tactics in conning people in visiting the Haramain. Following my conversation with Ali Naumaan & Bashq it appears that this company plays a extremely shady game. It appears that certain packages are advertised however within the small print itll say hotels can be moved based on this the advertised hotels are nothing but a front. No actual Bookings at these hotels take place, in reality alternative hotels are given. The alternate hotel will be a similar star rating but much less inferior hence why they are not initially advertised. (Like this they have their backs covered) The excuse theyll use is that the advertised Hotel cancelled but in reality I presume that no booking was even made in that hotel. A very low form of doing business, but I guess ethics is out the window. Unfortunately in this instance the damage has been done to a certain family, however please consider this review for any future bookings.

I contacted Alharam travels via their online website with an interest of performing Umrah. Subsequently I was contacted by a member of their team named Khurrum Shazad, who was very helpful in providing me with all the details of my request and even giving me suggestions for alternative dates and routes to be inline with the budget that I was working with. Although Im yet to confirm my departure I felt I needed to write this review to show my appreciation for their professionalism and quick and timely response to my queries.

Just have booked the Umrah package for February 2022 from Al Haram Travels through sister Kiran. Throughout the whole process she is been very kind, honest and helpful. We have received the tickets on the same day of payment and hotel confirmation and visas well in advance. I hope everything will go as planned. INSHA ALLAH. Thanks to sister Kiran Murtaza.

*Either they are the most incompetent and lazy travel agents or downright fraudsters!* Playing the blame game and leaving a family stranded with ever changing hotels and flights forcing them to pay more for the agent's mistakes when the trip was already paid in full! It's the worst nightmare anyone can imagine booking with these guys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
