Impossible to unsubscribe from these dumb "Nordy Club" emails. I'm so sick of getting this useless spam. I've contacted Nordstrom numerous times about deleting my info/account and they keep spamming me and won't delete my info. They tell me Nordstrom Card Services is responsible for those emails, but there's no way to reach a human there without my account number, and no way for me to figure out my account number. Awful company.
Yessenia the lead here is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL and PETTY person whom I've EVER met!!! She literally treats the work enviromemt as if it were high school all over again. Not to mention openly admits if they don't like you there for whatever reason; they'll find a way to fire you.
