One half don't know what the half is doing. Say they open at 7:30am then open at 8:00am,which is important when you're working.

sales people are good and professional, even excellent. the instruction is also very good, but anything to do with service, follow up , ability to speak to anyone, especially someone who can help is woeful. this has been the case for years and I no longer use them to service my car or have anything to do with it. as I said though sales team is great.
