Rude!!! The person at the counter was not informed on what i was asking to be done to my jacket. When i finally showed her what i wanted, she had an attitude and made it seem as if me asking questions of the services the shop provided was too much and a waste of her time... it is too many other quality shops in this area to be treated as if my money is not good enough.
