Could not fix my problem after multiple attempts. My computer screen was cracked and out of place, and I brought it in to get fixed. They replaced the screen and reset it in the frame, but it kept falling out of place. I brought it in several times to get fixed, but they kept returning it broken. Eventually I gave up and the screen cracked again cause they never set it properly. Will not use this service again.

very disappointing. Irresponsible and incapable of detecting problems and super high charge(60$) for diagnostics
