I have a very close friend who has been staying at Brighton Park by Lane Properties since February and its absolutely horrifying to hear the stories coming out of there. Their morals (or lack there of) are incredibly disgusting. Ashley, the voicemail you left my dear friend who struggles with severe depression and other illnesses is absolutely DISGUSTING. Lane Properties doesnt understand what Emotional Support Animals are even if you give them legal documentation. I HIGHLY suggest Lane Properties to read the Fair Housing Act before calling their tenants to threaten eviction. Shame on Lane Properties. No one has really given us issues other than this Ashley figure. She is the PRIMARY reason I took time out of my day to write this review. I feel so very sorry for EVERY tenant living there while she is employed by Lane Properties.

Extremely rude. Gave me several contradictory statements regarding the requirements for renting. Claimed I didn't make enough money to live there even though I know people who live there that make less than me. Even when I offered to pay the full year lease up front they made up some other excuse as to why I couldn't live there.

I have to give them one star only because one cannot leave a review with less stars. The lady answering the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me when I told her I was surprised they didn't have an email to exchange information as they only do fax. That tells a lot about the customer service and quality of the interactions you will have with them. Stay away!!!
