We were sold a vehicle and were told there was very little rust on it. Unfortunately we were taken advantage of because the vehicle had a lot more rust on it than was disclosed. When looking underneath the vehicle on the frame and inside the engine, there was a lot more rust. Tried to sell the vehicle, but could not because of all the rust. Car Cove completely screwed my family financially. Do not purchase vehicles from here. I called to see if he would attempt to good customer service since we had been lied to, but he simply argued that I should appreciate the car more.
I wish there was a way to put negative stars!! This guy sold me a 2002 Jeep. Drove well, seemed to have no problems, low miles, $1500. Ive now put almost $3000 in repairs into this vehicle, and its still not working right!!! He told me I could trade it for something with a warranty, but Id have to spend another $3000. Only time will tell if he makes good on this. Sure would be nice to get some help instead of being oppressed by yet another person who doesnt care...
What a great guy he helped put me in a new car with no money down and kept his word I really appreciate all the help and learned a lot from him today I definitely would recommend him to everybody I know thanks once again
Highly recommend. I was very impressed with how professional and helpful both guys were. Brad was extremely responsive and both he and Grant made the process smooth and simple. I love my car. Whether youre needing help getting financed or just looking for a reliable used vehicle, this is the place to go in the Muncie area!
Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership! My father purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I looked over his paperwork and the vehicle itself and believed he had a decent deal. He has been wanting an all electric vehicle for some time however has less than desirable credit. They made his dream come true. So I was in need of another vehicle myself and my father was insistent I purchase a hybrid(2012 Toyota Prius) that had been sitting on the lot. Even though my income significantly has increased my credit is not the greatest. Surprisingly Kevin said he was able to get me preapproved. We drove 2.5 hours for this deal. When I arrived and he went over the paperwork he was charging me $3000 more than what he had advertised online and at a very high interest rate. I questioned this immediately although I expected the high interest rate. The excuse of my credit being an issue and how he needed to jack up the price in order to protect himself in case I defaulted. I am a college graduate in business so I had to chuckle to myself when he tried the bs of explaining I would save a lot on the price by paying it off early or refinancing. Well I knew if I took that advice I was not saving on the price of the car only the interest in such a case. But after some negotiating on putting money down, the price was lowered but still over $2000 the asking price. I knew my father was super excited about this deal and I am increasing my income very quickly so the thousands I consider will be nothing to me and the salesman must be desperate for a sale. I also consider the possibility of the ally of networking with the dealership for future business. All based on what I saw with my fathers purchase. I have had the car for a week and more and more warning lights are appearing on the dash. Before all the lights appearing, I also spoke with them about purchasing a vehicle for my son who is a college student and will be traveling great distances. See his review for an even worse unimaginable experience. So awful we have had to reach out to protect others from the antics of this small desperate dealership and seek legal action. His vehicle was a Silver 2006 Volvo S40. Warning do not purchase this vehicle from the lot. I am sure they will put a band-aid on it and resell it to someone else. Before you do purchase a vehicle, speak with the neighborhood watch lady who will tell you all about the many cars she sees leaving one day and coming back the next or within the week with very unhappy customers left stranded.
