Mr. Cuffel, This is a complete fabrication. While you did come into our shop a few hours ago and asked us to do an extensive list of repairs on the acoustic guitar you brought in, including replacing the tuning machines with a set we do not stock in our store, we told you that we were fully booked for fretted repairs for the next month. We are unable to store the guitar for that length of time and offered to refer you to another shop to service your guitar. Again, we did not work on your guitar, nor do our records show we have ever serviced any instrument of yours. --- Greg Morey Moreys Music Store Inc.

They didnt everything wrong. Intonation was wrong and set up was inferior. They put the right strings on which is basically all that was right. Took longer than they promised and didnt bother letting me know it was done.

Great customer service and personal attention. Needed a guitar string replaced and they installed and demonstrated. Also bought a full set that they matched to current set. I noticed a large inventory of band and orchestra instruments, and they do repairs. The sign read "established in 1924" so they've been around a while.
