Experience was awful. Completely unprofessional. Tried to meet and they never gave me a set time, coming to find out, they were all grabbing lunch. Tool money out of my account without notice. Finally when I got the shirts they were all wrongly sized. NEVER. GOING. BACK.

When I set out to purchase 3-4 clothing items with logos to give to R.W. Sidley's 250+ employees I offered several companies to bid on it. Not only was On Point the best price, they provided me fantastic customer service and guided me through the entire process of selecting the product, creating/organizing employee order forms and online order portal, and planning delivery. They even sorted the products into location-specific boxes for me to help distribute to our employees. Great company and great service - will be (and have been) a repeat customer!
