My experience was two different types. The salesman was very professional. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the Ridgeline. During my shopping process i contracted Covid 19. He was understanding and kept in touch until i recovered. Additionally he was very helpful in the final negotiations process. The other side was the Finance Manager who was only interested in selling us accessories and insurance products that we did not want. He was aggressive to the point of rudeness and we definitely did not enjoy the finance portion of this process.

Salesperson was polite & worked hard to keep us satisfied. However, the finance department was a total trainwreck the day we were there... Definitely almost changed our mind on the whole deal. Hopefully this part gets better! Had service done on my 2022 Honda, I was very pleased with the service department!

I had a great sales experience with Mike Graham. The deal was up front, and I couldnt have asked for a more simple car buying experience. Ryan Beard in the finance office was also very helpful and ended up getting a lower rate than anticipated. I would highly recommend Casey Honda.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went here a couple weeks ago just looking around and I made that very clear to the sales person. She was extremely pushy and went out of my price range and didnt listen to anything I wanted in a car. She tried to push me to get the first car she showed me. Then the manager started running my credit to all different banks to see if I could get approved for a loan, even though I told them I wasnt wanting to get a car today. After telling the male sales manager No to the car because we wanted to look around for more options he got extremely rude. Definitely wouldnt recommend coming here, they are more interested in getting the sale then you being happy and able to afford the car.
