ITM machines are horrible!!! When done you have to wait until the person in front is done God forbid if they don't know what they are doing....Lines are backed up and wasting time.

Thank you for your patience Gerry, we have had increased volume recently with the holidays and stimulus payment. We have expanded our digital services to save members a trip to the branch by using WeCU video banking through our website, depositing checks in our mobile app with FlashCash and using the ATM Finder on our website to find nearby fee-free ATMs.

We went to the branch on Center Street this morning around 11:45. We were the fourth car in line in the first lane. We sat in that exact spot for almost 30 minutes. And we were unable to back up and leave either. I find this a deplorable situation. Just what was the issue?
