This is the 3rd time I have had my son's hair cut here. We have used Nick all three times. Our first time there he was at the front desk when we checked in, he had nothing but attitude. He made it seem like it was a nuisance to have to do his job. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, tipped over $10 for a $20 hair cut and chalked it up to everyone has bad days. Well, the problem is he was like that the 2nd time and today too. In all the time he was around my son, he only spoke one sentence to him. Today, it was to ask him how old he was. I doubt it was in any way to be friendly or cordial but maybe it was to make sure he couldn't charge more if he was older? My kid is 12, (granted a 5'8" kid with a mustache, but still a kid)the guy couldn't be nice to a kid at least?? We gave it a chance, now to find somewhere else. It's not like the hair cut was so stellar it makes up for him being somewhat of a stand offish D*ck. It was average. Good luck to him and his obvious care for delivering amazing customer service.
This is a good place. This is the 2nd time getting my sons hair cut here. Weve dealt with 2 different people, a woman the first time and then a man the second. To be honest they arent extremely well versed when it comes to African American hair, at least not the people weve had each time. It works but its not the best. My husband has gotten his haircut here sporadically since 2016. He only comes when we are really busy and he doesnt have the time to cut his own hair which he does better than the cut he leaves with from this place. He only had an amazing cut one time and that was because the owner or his son (I cant remember which) his name was Jonathan he did his cut. But apparently that guy is almost always booked up or not there lol. It is worth mentioning the fact that they arent wearing face masks nor did they wipe the chair from a previous customer before my son was able to sit in it. These are things that dont worry me as Im aware I can only do so much in public areas with my son and cant expect people to think about us before themselves during this pandemic but it may be a deal breaker for some.
yes.. this establishment is located in Kennesaw. But they are not friendly. Even though they claim to be with military and public safety discounts. 4 years w/ Cobb & Cherokee & also a current member of GAWPS. Unless you know Jon personally, bring alcohol. It helps! But be careful he might sleep with your wife though. Ask about JC! Or Maddie? Theres a reason attractive women work there, and its not just based on their skill set. But what do I know? BUT WHAT DOES A LONG TIME CUSTOMER SINCE 2017 KNOW? AN ACTIVE PUBLIC SAFETY PROFESSIONAL? I wish you the best with everything. Glad your staff liked the donuts Jon!
