I called in to get a quote for an all around brake pad and rotor replacement. I spoke to a rude individual named Kim and when I asked her for a price break down (because they charge over $400 for the replacement even though I bought my own parts!) she stated that she didnt have to give me that information if she didnt want to. When I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor I was told no one was available to speak with me and that they would call me back. Of course, no one called me back. Terrible customer service and its definitely not how you should treat a potential paying customer!!! Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!!! And would definitely suggest to go somewhere else where they wont overcharge you!!! If I could rate them zero stars, I would! Get your car fixed elsewhere!

Had an appointment at 10am. He never showed. I called and texted he never picked up. Always happens when you try to support a black business. Failure Everytime. Well I'm at Speed Emissions on South Cobb Dr. Giving my money to Hector bc Albert doesn't want.

Shawn did an amazing job on my moms car. She needed some brake work done, and he went above and beyond and answered all our questions and concerns. It was very convenient and he came on-site to meet us. He was attentive, professional and thorough. Super awesome!!

Fast, convenient, price friendly and professional service. The mechanic was prompt and thoroughly explained the problem and the fixed the problem. Now I'm back on the road again!
