Hi Kris, Enrico here! Sorry to read this your review and see you been upset. When a costumer is not happy I'm not happy to! I investigated about your bad experience with the Barber and the front desk. Is absolutely our fault the fact you've been charged that amount with out any notice about the design, but is even true that design ( especially in the kids .....they move very a lot and it take double of the time to create the right work) is more complicate.....and as everywhere you pay every extra. Then ...the Barber was say to you He can't do it the same ...because the hair on the pic you showed to him was with dark hair and your son has blond hair and the result different. Any way I'll be very delight personally to cut your son hair again , obviously you guys will be my guest and you'll be refunded for the extra you've been charged without advice in the last hair cut! Other way....I wish you the best of luck in finding a cheaper barber that can do that with closed eyes!! Best Enrico and TLOB Team

Oh where do i start, Number one i scheduled online kids cut with Enrico, arrived at the location on scheduled time and was told its not Enrico because hes out, ok thats fine but during the hair cut of my son the guy starts talking that he cannot do it its to hard for him, before he started i showed him a picture of what we want and he was ok but in a middle of all of it he said no he cannot finish, i got upset and told him to at least try to finish and he cannot just simply leave us in a middle of it and yes he finished. It looks like it was done by hair salon not a barber shop. And on top of all when asked to pay front desk told me $50 without telling me in advance that this cut will be more then $35 as in they advertise. REMEMBER THIS IS NOT A BARBER SHOP! Its just a hair salon with fancy decorations, barbers wannabe. Barber would do haircut like that with eyes closed. The cheapest barber can do better job then this place. Below is picture of what we wanted and what we got.

Hi Gabrielle, thank you for your review! Enrico Here, I see your point and sincerely when we finished the service all was great and even your hair looked great! Usually we double check with all the clients to see the final work and even with you all was good. Any way I'll be more than happy to have you back at the shop to offer you a double service to check what to do to make you happy again with your hair. I believe I cut the right amount of hair as you requested and with the same shape you asked. About the blow dry I think that 40 year of experience (even on the fashion industry) I personally used the best technique to reach the final results. Unfortunately it did't make you happy!! Will be my pleasure to offer you the service of course. About the price ...the hair cut for long hair is $95+ depending on the length and the Blow dry is $75 Well your hair are very ,very long and it take me one hour only to blow dry you, so honestly $175 it was the right price looking on our price list. I made an impulsive decision to get a trim right before Christmas. It was after work and I needed 2 inches of dead hair trimmed off. I loved the shape my hair has previously, and I got a trim with a very nice Italian man. He said he would follow the same layers that my previous cut had. Everything was great, he was nice, the cut looked good dry. But then after the wash they started drying my hair and as someone very used to blow outs.. dried it really weird. (Used a paddle brush, couldnt get the tangles out but felt like they were adding more too?!) But to each their own. I didnt get a price before I sat down (my mistake for sure) but I wasnt expecting $175 for a trim. When I have washed my hair since this cut no matter what I do the shape is wrong. Its not at all similar to the layers I had before, it looks awful curled. Its so much shorter than I would have liked. Coupled with the rough experience, heavy price, and feeling like I hate my hair not great
