After having been a customer for over 2 years I am unable to reach support. Twice after waiting about 10 minutes on hold I received a message that it is either after business hours or they are simply too busy to take calls and then hangs up. Worst service I ever experienced. This at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time on a Wednesday afternoon.
I've been with OnPay for 7 months. The Q1 2021 filing reports were not filed till I got a letter in June from IRS that reports are overdue, even though I called OnPay twice in May to let them know that reports were not filed. They told me that everything is fine and IRS is slow to update the information online. A month later I still trying to fix this problem through multiple email and phone calls. Every email has to be followed by phone call to make them look into the issue. Very bad and unprofessional. Very disappointed.
Quite possibly the most excited I have ever been about an accounting/payroll experience! OnPay is very easy to use and super helpful when something is more complex. They are truly a full service payroll company and a huge value to me and my business.
Terrible, terrible terrible customer service. Impossible to get answers. Website for onboarding is far from easy and not the least bit intuitive. Never could get my employees activated for payroll, so never was able to run payroll. Cancelled my subscription and they refused to refund their fees even though they didn't process any payroll for our business.
