Thank you for your review, we can only improve when we know what needs work! I'm sorry your experience was less than satisfactory. We do provide continued education and our stylists are always looking to improve. Our hours do fluctuate based off of prebooked appointments and time of day. It's very possible the stylist that provides men's haircuts wasn't available when u spoke to the receptionist. I did also notice that our listed times weren't accurate and have recently updated them. My first visit the stylist keep tilting my head so there was literally a1 inch difference in length between sides, and overall it wasn't really what I wanted anyway. I called and the owner fixed it for me free of charge which was great and told me about how she does continuing education with her stylists. Today my boyfriend went 30 min before their posted closing time, the open sign was still in the window and when we said he wanted s haircut the stylist's face fell and she quickly said they had just closed. The owner is great, but at least two of her stylists seem lazy and not committed to their work. Didn't make me want to return.

Hands down the BEST! Made appointment online and 1st visit in and Josh did a phenomenal job on my hair cut and beard trim! Fantastic job! Definitely a return customer and I just found my new Barber!

Josh was great. Working from a photo he was able to get very close to what my previous barber would do. The cut was great, I felt better, and my wife approved. The conversation was friendly and Josh really takes pride in his work. I also appreciate the flexible times for appointments and the online booking makes it easy.

Booked when we needed a cut. Looks like it's part of a beauty school? Equally Possible for a great haircut or not. Have to rate based on my experience. Shame the place looks like a quality haircut joint
