I have had the best customer service from this store! I had tried to order my books for nursing school and the order would not go through. I spoke to Joanne who got the issue resolved quickly and with the BEST attitude. Once the books shipped, UPS lost them (go figure). I called to see what I could do about reordering books and I got Joanne on the phone again (thank God!). Joanne has been so helpful every step of the process and I cannot thank her enough for how amazing she has been to me! Would definitely recommend this store!
