Everything was amazing, we had one issue with a misplaced charge for my friend's room for things he didn't order but that got resolved quickly (he's happy now). One thing maybe was that the shower pressure was lackluster, and there was no toothpaste in the room. Maybe the room service could replace towels thrown on ground for fresh ones instead of just taking them (I then had to keep my old towel b/c I was worried that I would end up without a towel ). Everything else was really amazing, the garden, the reception/food service, great folks, keep it up! Oh, and the meeting room equipment is extremely overpriced, you should really reconsider charing those amounts because anyone sane enough would just buy the stuff you provide for fraction of the price elsewhere.
Wonderful old hotel building in the Gilded Age tradition. Our suite had a wonderful view of the bay, and a lovely enormous bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast from Provisions was very tasty, though very limited options came with the voucher. Staff was friendly and responsive-- they came immediately when contacted for anything. The reason for not giving higher marks was that the room wasn't super clean: the drawers in the dresser/chest had crumbs in them! The etagere in the bathroom had someone's fingernail clippings on it. Some of the furniture was also pretty dinged up. The in-room dining options are also really limited for dinner, though the food was tasty-- flatbread = pepperoni pizza was average-- rather salty. Only one place to eat, which was jammed, and as they don't require proof of vaccination, wasn't comfortable for indoor dining options, and outdoors was totally backed up with a line for tables. No slippers with the robes either.
Enjoyed the spa as a treat from my our team lead as a holiday gift. I booked a facial and it was wonderful. Madeleine did my facial and she was a caring, wonderful person, helped me relax, had good conversation but when quiet time, let me drift away. She really made it a great experience. Yolanda at the front desk was so helpful as well! And so we're all spa staff we encountered.

Checked in after 9:30pm after an AMAZING visit at William Burke. Went to my room. Got up in the morning and sat at the table for devotion time, looks like the chair has been stitched up awhile ago but the seaming is coming out. The bathroom has a slow drain. Requested late check out but ended up leaving early. The grounds are beautiful.
