I highly discourage you from using MPS Printing. I recently attempted a mass postcard mailing for our new website. First, it took me weeks to even get the mailing prepared (a postcard that I designed myself), which included numerous unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls with the staff throughout the process. Second, once the mailing finally went out nearly a week after it was supposed to, I began receiving returned post cards in the mail. The ink was quite smudged in various spots on the card, making the website difficult to read on a number of the cards - who knows how many! Third, and perhaps the worst part: I went in today to talk about this, and they refused to give me any money back. They said we could discuss a discount on the NEXT job I print with them. I feel that is very poor customer service.
Hi Darin, I'm sorry you were unhappy. You were turned away because we do not offer while-you-wait service. When a client needs a document printed, we schedule it in with the other jobs we are working on, which means that it may not be ready for an hour, several hours, or up to a day later, depending on what our current workload is. The public library can help you if you need an email printed immediately. Again, I am sorry that we do not offer the service you were looking for.

Went to have email document printed and the owner refused to give service because they were 10 minutes from closing. Told me if i got there an hour earlier he would helped me. I don't recommend this location very unprofessional. If your open I niece the business should help because everyone was sitting around with nothing to do.
