We have had the worst experience with the property manager and at least one support staff at this company. They systematically either ignore or violate the bylaws of the association, violate NRS 116, and make sweetheart deals with unlicensed contractors to perform subpar work in our high-rise building. We intend to terminate their contract.

I sent an email to the Seabreeze HOA property manager months ago, with regards to my car being towed from in front of my house and have yet to hear back. I then emailed all the executives at their corporate office and received a "she thought that she responded to your email" excuse. I was told it was a good tow and assured that someone would get back to me shortly. Needless to say, it's been several weeks and I'm still waiting. Non existent response means that Seabreeze management is just collecting our HOA dues and don't care at all about the community they're supposably representing. I highly recommend that you steer clear of Seabreeze management.

You guys are honestly the best. We are always comfortable knowing that our rental properties are being managed as well as humanly possible. Issues with tenants and properties are always addressed quickly and economically. Seabreeze always makes sure our properties are rented with quality tenants as soon as possible. We have been clients for over 10 years with them and would never consider using any other property management company.
