No help at all. Did not even return my call. Had to do the repairs myself. An almost universal trait with contractors in this town. You're on your own. You better know how to fix things. An update on: July 18, 2022 The Chimney Sweep Company of Pensaola finally replied to my review about their nonexistent service more than a year later. The length of time elapsed is certainly consistent with their business model of - no customer service. I have since sold the house.
