Thank you Mr Wagner! We appreciate you taking out time to post this review. As much as we understand your frustration there is a flip side to this essay. First off we don't believe this is anywhere close to being a joke or being funny but then again this is yours and yours company's personal choice to laugh at matters of this sort. I do apologize on behalf of my team for not getting back to you by 5PM on the day you called but you forgot to mention the conversation you had with our team. There was a lot of yelling and screaming and being verbally abusive on the phone in that conversation. And the hold time for our dispatch to check with autho team was 16mins, whole conversation lasted 42mins, so not sure where 45mins HOLD TIME came in. We apologize on the delay with parts and 3 visits but please note replacing parts on the unit was completed and the transfer request for Electrician to check the outlet was made the very next morning. Even though we are an Appliance and Electrical Company both trades are separate and separate paperwork/orders are needed to send appropriate techs. Once we request a transfer it depends on the Home Warranty which company they would like send the transfer request to. It does not necessarily go to the same company which is the reason we could not send our Electrician out there. For the updates txt messages updates was sent out to phone number on file and couple of messages were sent out without any response to set up appt but we finally were able to after working around your schedule. We understand your frustration and the need to vent it out but there's is always two sides of the story. Hopefully all issues were resolved for you. Again thank for your time.

Steer clear of having this company do anything for you, including as a provider from Old Republic. This is the situation we found ourselves in. Our oven/microwave unit stopped working on April 22 because the oven door had a message saying it would not close. A tech came out on April 28th and said he needed to order the part to fix it. After not hearing anything for a week, I had to call them to find out what was going on. After numerous calls I got a hold of someone that said the part the tech said was correct to fix the job was actually the wrong part and they had ordered the correct part. They then sent out a tech with the "correct" part that said this actually was not the correct part and they need to order the new correct part. Two weeks later I called to find out what was going on with my job and it took them three days to get back to me... I actually had to call them for three days to get an answer. At this point a month has gone by. A week later two techs came out, pulled the whole unit out of the wall, said it was fixed but not fixed because there was an electrical problem and they needed to send their electrician out to replace a fuse. Two more weeks went by and then I started calling to find out when they will be coming out. After three days of calling and leaving messages, someone finally answered. I sat on hold for 45 minutes while they checked to see what the update is for my job. When they finally came back on the phone, they said they were trying to reach their authorization person to find out what was going on with my job. After all of this, the woman on the phone says, "if you don't hear from us by 5:00pm, call us back". I said, could you please call me back with an update by 5:00pm"? She said "yes for sure, I will call you back by 5:00pm?" This was the fourth time I had such a promise that turned out to be an empty promise. As of today, we have been without a oven and microwave for 64 days and we are no closer to a resolution that we were on day 1. I was on the phone with Old Republic for 90 minutes today and in the end, they confirmed that Same Day Appliance is not capable of repairing our unit. I will use Same Day Appliance and ELECTRICAL as a model for training in my own company. Everyone will laugh when I tell this story. Unfortunately the story is true and it is not funny. This company is a joke.
Let me start by saying the entire process with this company has been a mess. They refuse to take responsibility for their service and lack of professionalism. I have waited several weeks to have my microwave repaired. This is partly due to the warranty company however their lack of detail has lead to this review. Once part finally arrived it took them over a week to find time to come install. No contact or updates on dispatch leave you just standing by waiting as if you have no place to be. I work in a service industry and always try to keep my customers up to date on arrival times. After waiting over 4 hours the tech showed up. Very unprofessionally dressed and frankly looked like he belonged on the streets. Being a woman home alone I was doubtful about my safety in general. The techs communication was poor. He installed the part in an off white color and my unit is WHITE. When I asked him why it did not match he said "that is what they sent me with!' So I guess I am stuck with a non matching part it looks like hell! I have tried to call and discuss with the company and I was treated very disrespectful. They do not care about there customers and I would not recommend this company.
Introduced to SameDay through my home warranty (Fidelity). Ben texted when he was on his way, diagnosed the problem. Came back once the part arrived and was done within about 15 minutes of arrival.

Sameday saved the day, again and fixed a bothersom problem. YEAH BEN!! He was GREAT. This was my second time with him on the job. If you are lucky enough to have him assigned to do your repair, you'll find him to be . Easy to work with . Knowledgeable about what needs to be done . Understandable and easy to communicate with . Efficient / no nonsense, get the job done, kind of guy . Willing and able to go the extra mile to get the job done right. . Able to answers all of your questions Next time I have a repair that needs to be done I'll be calling Sameday and asking for him (I'd even wait to have him assigned). 5 STARS for BEN!!! Thank you!
Why on earth does anyone use this trash heap of a service? They give you the runaround, can fix it, can't fix it. Techs thing they can just walk into your house when you open the door. Don't bring the right tools. What a disaster. Are their reviews fake? Seems quite shady.
