Get your wallet out!! We're not very impressed. Continually been dealing with the same issue for the past year after we installed a big "upgrade(?)" with a big price-tag and it has yet to get fixed. Their programmers are "always" working on a fix. Can't seem to get a straight answer. UPDATE: The final answer is, "it must have been a glitch (the first 5+ years)", now it won't function as it previously did. BUT.... they can do a modification at an extra expense to make it work again. $$$$

Terrible company to work for now. They have gotten too corporate and fired half of a department based on no merit. Only for "staff changes". Stay away. Their software is out dated and un reliable.
