Sorry to have disappointed you. I never said we had the product in stock - I said we had a lot of different pokemon items including several small tins, which we do. I'm sorry we didn't have the exact tin you were looking for - there are thousands of different Pokemon cards and items, and the packaging does not always indicate exactly which cards are in each package. I hope you find what you're looking for - and again, sorry for your negative experience.

Owner Roys a know it all...called about a product which he didnt have in stock, so therefore he fibbed saying he did. Thinks hes an expert on whatever, has no customer relations and argumentative. Could use some counseling on how to behave and respect the factcustomers are always right, even if theyre wrong Wouldnt go there again!

WIDE selection of toys! I really loved the friendly staff and their bright faces. The flooring is slanted so if youre bringing in a stroller, make sure to lock it if you dont want your baby hitting any of the shelves. They offer free gift wrapping, so thats very convenient!
